poor customer service and non availability of LPG

Dear sir
We booked our gas on 21.01.2015.After 40 days when we asked for the lpg gas they told us that systematics is not updated .after 3 days again we asked they told that we have to wait for 2 weeks. 2 weeks 3 weeks it has been over a month. Till we didn't receive our booked connection.Today I tried the for whole day as usual same busy tone is coming .and when the phone rings no body will pick up .plz take an reaction for this poor and. Irresponsible service ASAP.KINDLY REPLY TO US HOWBLONG WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME.PL note our consumer no.7308 booking no.265667
