i have a tata photan max wi-fi data card of HUAWEI company .it is support only tata network without sim card but sim slat available in device .i have already disconnect tata conection . sir i want to change device in to all sim card supportable as like othre univrsal data card ,can it possible .if yes,please tell me essential guidelines..
