Non-delivery of Gas Cylinder

I am consumer of Bharat gas Consumer No. 55852704 of Shashi Chandra Gas Agency Kadru, Ranchi. I booked gas on 4th March 2015 Booking Ref. 363540397. I got one message SMS from the Bharat Gas that the Cylinder has been delivered to me but it has not been delivered. I tried to contact Gas Agency but unable to contact as his number is always engaged. At present I do not have gas in my home and unable to cook food. |
This is recurrent phenomenon of the Gas agency. Please do something for the delivery of Gas Cylinder.
