New connection lene mei bahut hi problem hai sab docoment sabmit karne ke baad bhi,jab bhi office pe jao to kahte hai aaj nahi kal aana aur kal jayenge to vo hi vapas kahenge ki kal aana ya koi tarikh bata denge aur vapas batai tarikh pe jayenge to vapas agli tarikh batayenge aur is parkar office ke chakkar kat te raho. new connection ki Rs.7400/_ rupees lete hai.our bill bhi nahi dete hai. Ki kiska kitna paisa lagaya hai. Pls help me?
