Sir,i am visiting your office since last 10 days for new connection.but the person looking after new connection is very rude he is demanding always new docs whenever i went to submit form.today on 25 th march i again went to submit forms with all docs aadhar card,voter card,passport,banks passbook,pan card,driving licence.but today he is demanding gor RATION CARD.he is totally harassing me i think which is not acceptable.most of the time he is busy with newspaper in office.after asking he is saying go wherever you want and if guts then lodge complaint.please treat the matter urgent i m in dire need of connection .
