My Xperia C2305 mobile NOT detected by my laptop

I was not able to upload photos from mobile to laptop. The Sony helpline advised me to set the Developer option in USB debugging Enabled mode. It worked for a few months.
Since this morning (while trying to click on whatsapp) The mobile is notdetected. As advised by helpline i tried these without result:1. Uninstalling and re-downloading PC Companion 2. Changing connectivity to MTP or MSC mode.
Can you help me or do you want me to bring it to your centre at Malleswaram?
