Dear Sir

I have purchased Sony Xperia Z3 on 19th Jan.2015 form Jeddah , Saudi Arabia ..I have given this mobile to my son at India. Today it was fall down on the table by his hand & the volume key was goes inside & phone is not working now. Mobile was taken to the service center of SONY at Jamnagar , Gujarat , India . They told that it will be repaired here , You have to send back to Saudi Arabia .
Now my question is that when I purchased the shopkeeper told me that is international warranty of 2 years . Why it is not operated in India ?
What is the solution for make my phone operational ? I have Bill & everything with me. For your ref. I am attaching the bill copy & sticker of IMEI-1:3561606-483198-5 IMEI-2: 35616106-483199-3
