hello, i bought HTC DESIRE 816G DUAL SIM MOBILE PHONE from ebay.in on 31st october 2014. this product is not working properly. it is giving a lot of problem. firstly, the mike of my phone is not working at all. i can hear the opponent's voice but my voice is not audible to them. secondly, when i connect this phone to the computer or laptop, this device is seen only for 5 mins and then it disappears. my laptop is not able to detect this device. finally, one of my earphones is completely dead. kindly help me fix the problems as soon as possible
