Fraud car dealer - Now Every time they make new excuses.

They are an used car dealer of kolkata having their stock at karnani estate. I paid INR 200000 to them and bought a car from them about 5 months ago. Till date they haven't completed the paper works neither the ownership has been transferred to my name as they didn't have all documents. They promised me that Inspite of lack of papers they will complete the ownership transfer process by anyway. Now Every time they make new excuses. Now they have stopped responding to phone calls and messages. The leader of these fraudsters is Amaan Sabbir. Please do something to recover my hard earned money.
