I had bought a new set of Karbonn smart phone name Karbonn A11*,After 2 months of purchasing it's Screen stopped working.. and still it is not. And the worst thing is that the employee in service centre in Jamshedpur couldn't helped me any more and said that if you give your phone here then you will never get it return.
