Constraint in gas booking

Dear Sir, In reference to my previous e-mail dated31.03.15, system has not yet been opened for Bkg my refilled gas. My one cylinder is empty and the other one about to become empty. At this stage, still I am not able to book for refil due to non feeding of data of my previous gas delivery note did 20.03.15 in yr system. Pls do the needful so that I can book for refilled gas immdtly. It is not a complaint, but a request. Asok Kumar Ghos, Con.no-07241.
