Sir this is to inform you that iam really not at all happy with your customer care service... i have recharge a Full talk time of 60 rs for the number 8686872231 on march 30 2015 around 8 PM , i got a talk time balance of 65/- i have activated the package of 28/- for low call charges and i have made a call of around 10rs /-, the next day without any confirmation message my balance has deducted and the balance which i saw in my mobile was 18 paisa.. it was 8:30 Am on april 1st i have called your customer care a girl have lifted my call and disconnected with giving a proper response... i couldnt ask her name before that only my call disconnected.. and the same day i have called in the evening around 9:45 a person lifted my call i said him about the balance deduction and he directly kept my call on hold and he didnt felt that courtesy to release me from HOLD it was a very LONG HOLD.. and then i have disconnected the call. then at the same time i have tried again and called an other guy lifted my call and spoke to me i said my issue he said we will refund you madam i asked him to transfer his call to the TEAM LEADER but he have done the same thing how the first guy done kept my call on such a LONG HOLD.... Is this the way you test your customers patience... i want my money to be refunded
