Paytm not refunded my money

My bank balance is deducted and my electric bill payment is failed. I complained 3 days ago but my money is not refunded...

    Dear Sir
    We had booked Air ticket thru Paytm ID +91 8292285880 on 20-09-2018.
    From Ranchi to Begaluru
    DOJ 20-th Oct 2018
    Name : 1) Laxmi Kumari 2) Ashakt Kumar
    The amount Rs 6702 has been deducted from PNB Debit Card.

    But the the ticket could not be booked, probably there was some technical snag..

    So we have booked another ticket for Rs 17,240/- on 26th Sept 2018 thru booking ID 6122601207,which was successful and got print.

    We request you to kindly to trace the unprocessed debit of Rs 6702/-and arrange to refund the money to us as per your norms.

    Sir mene paytm mall se 2 order kiye 1octoberko order no. 6166665631 & 30sep. Ko order no. 6156123658 and next day return kar diya secessfull pick up ho gya. But Mera refund abhi tak nahi aaya help me.
