In name of job extracting money

Respected Sir /Madam,
I got cheated for a job in jio call center for work from home type job. I uploaded my resume in Naukri.com portal and after that , I got a text message(13/05/2020) from a fake HR for providing job. He asked me to send resume in his provided contact no. So I sent him my resume in WhatsApp(19/05/2020). After that he asked me for 900 rupees for registration which will be refunded after joining. After registration he gave a another contact no of a trainer. I made a call to trainer and he also asked me 3000 rupees for training and assured me that after training money will be refunded. The moment I made the transaction of 3000 rupees, he stopped texting and receiving call.
Please track and block his account and contact number so that other people don't get cheated.
