Food not delivered on train

I ordered food for delivery at Ahmedabad station on 31.8.21. My order number was 48446504.
My order was not delivered and the train left the station. On calling them they had no answer. They kept on avoiding.

I want my payment refunded immediately. I want written answer as to why food was not delivered.
