Hi Sir,
Subject: Cancelled Tickets Refund not credited in my ICICI Saving Account, Pay Using AxisUPI Facility on IRCTC.com, My Query is, In which account these two refunds credited ?
I booked a ticked from H Nizamudding to Secundrabad SC on 26/05/2017 using IRCTC website with PNR No: 2660291198 has trasaction id: 100000853934174, and I paid the 6701.50 INR using the UPI facility available on irctc webside (irctc@axisbank) with my ICICI VPA: er.prashant.rastogi@icici . The Ticket is attached.
ICICI Bank Reference ID: UPI/714610466856/irctc@axisbank ICICI bank Account No: 157901513777
Now I cancelled both person ticket one by one on IRCTC and regrading this I got the email From IRCTC that You will get refund money of 3280 and 3280 for both of cancellation.
Still today, I don't get refund in my ICICI bank account. I Check the REFUND Status on IRCTC website, Here it will say amount is refunded to AXISUPI Bank on 28 and 29 May 2017.Screenshot is attached.
Refund Details are:
First Refund Details:
Amount: 3280
Date: 28th May 2017
Refund ID: 100000163257970
Second Refund Details: Amount: 3280
Date: 29th May 2017 Refund ID: 1000001635775
I want to know that in which account these two refunds credited ? As It is not credited in my Account.
