Touch Sensor not working properly

I have purchased lava iris x8 just 15 days back . when used to come flap cover of this mobile the sensor doesn't work. Once call ringing you open the flap cover the phone got hanngged none of the function works even you are not able to answer the call. I went to service centre they checked my mobile had restored once but again the problem is not solved they said the problem is coming in every lava iris x8 handset we informed to production but as of now we don't have software to resolve this . so I m suffering from this service related issue . kindly do something. Other lava will not be able to make a trust in market. Thanks if anything could done soon...
