I want to purchase TOI newspapers, and my newspaper dealer suggest me to give cheque of rupees 795 in favour of BCCL and 150 rupees in cash for 15 months subscription. Kindly look into this and let me know the procedure to subscribe TOI newspaper for 15 months.
