This is for your kind information that on 09/02/15 I purchased Single Gas Cyllinder (as new connection) alongwith other accessories like Oven, Gaspipe,Gas Lighter, Cyllinder Stand, Regulator etc. But at that time when I require the papers regarding this purchase, they assured me that the same will be available within 15 days from the date of purchase. But it is a regretting matter that till date I did not receive the same. So, I request you please look into the matter and try to solve my problem.
