regarding subsidy not coming in account

I have submitted all account details to my distributor that is korba gas agency in November month .I booked online for filling of my cylinder,for which cash memo generated on 20/02/2015 cash memo no. 300151707.I received cylinder on 22/02/2015,but till today I have not got subsidy amount in my account.pls take action imegiately
