Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please note that M/s Om Shiv Shakti Indane, Dharuhera not book my cylinder from last 10 day.
They are saying that your connection is not linked by bank. But I am already linked my connection from date 24/01/2014 and also received subsidy on two cylinder in 2014.
My details as below:-

We have also submit a information form to agency M/s Om Shiv Shakti Indane, Dharuhera office on date 04/03/2015.
Do needful for better way for booking my cylinder as soon as possible.

dear sir/madam i m customer of Om shiv shakti indain gas seevice dharuhera. I book my cylinder 12/06/2018,but yet my cylinder not delivered,today is 21th june, sir plzzz help me,there are a lot of problum in my home without gas.plzzz help me.
