refund my balance

Recharge for Rs. 199 was processed on 9214535521 twice a time on dated 12.03.2015 but amount has been debited Rs. 199+199=398 and recharge has not been made till date. Kindly arrange to credit Rs .398 at an early date in my PayTM account or my bank ac number. Early action in the matter is highly appreciated
