Problem regarding Hinge

Purchased on Nov/2014 in hyderabad..
Right hinge was getting noise when i try to open/close/move.Facing this problem from the very first day onwards.I asked store people who sold me this lap regarding sound. He told me that make a call to service center,we are not responsible once it was sold. I raised this problem to the technical team for lot of times. They told me your warranty didn't cover this problem. So now who is responsible for this. Am i??
If i get good response from ur side,it's ok. Other wise i suggest my friends that don't prefer Lenovo simply..
