Problem in name transfer

Dear Sir,

My Gas connection No. is 17670, which is in the name of my father Late Ram Suchit. I submit the form and other desired documents for name transfering from my father to me. But here is duplicacy problem occurred. For that I go to the agency many times and they give me waiting No. which is 13265039. After a long time, my problem of name transferring is not solved.

Please sir, do something and solve my problem.
