I had given a complaint for samsung refrigerator on 9-3-2015 and the complaint attended on 13-3-2015. But only freezer compartment only got rectified. The general compartment is still giving problem of over cooling and ice formation. When I contacted the technician today, he is telling to keep the refrigerator on test at your office. No mechanism to do it here only. Please do the needful
