i have purchased the s9 handset his volume key is not working for changing its key they are taking lots of day and saying parts are not available, giving customer care number, they also have same raga parts are not available it will take 10 days
now in fast competitive market if you cant provide good service then there is no use to buy the karbonn product. it seems that karbonn management is cheating customer by not providing proper service warranty. pls arrange key on urgency
