Not received my gas cylinder.

My Consumer No. is 614121 and HP Gas agency name is PELICAN GAS AGENCY, MAYUR VIHAR, PHASE -1, Delhi-110091.I booked gas for home delivery on 1-mar-2015. When i call in coustomer care they said that plican gas agency 2nd mar 2015 delivery are cleared. But still I have not recived. when i call in Mob.9911146517 his mobile reing but not pick the phone.
