THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT NOW A DAYS , INNOCENT CUSTOMER ARE EASILY DUPED BY THE BIG COMPANIES JUST BY MAKING FALSE CLAIMS REGARDING THE WARRANTY & GUARANTEE OF THEIR PRODUCTS.
I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY THE RAYLITE ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES COMPANY BY NOT PROVIDING THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SWITCHES AND OTHER ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES AS PER THEIR WARRANTY & GUARANTEE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
MOREOVER THE QUALITY OF SWITCHES IS SO POOR, I WANT THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO MAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AND RETEST/REVALUATE/REVERIFY THE ISI CERTIFICATION OF THE COMPANY , AS THE QUALITY ARE NOT UP TO THE MARK MAY BE DANGEROUS AND LETHAL FOR THE LIFE OF INNOCENT CITIZENS OF OUR COUNTRY.
KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AND PROVIDE ME THE REPLACEMENT OF MY RAYLITE ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.
