I HAD BOOKED GAS REFIL VIDE BOOKING NO. 228686 AGAINST MY CONNECTION NO. 42546.
CASH MEMO NO. 3000107018 WAS GENERATED ON 07-03-15, BUT THE REFIL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED SO FAR. I SENT MY REPRESENTATIVE MANY TIMES TO CHUGH GAS SERVICE AND EVERY TIME HE WAS ASSURED THAT DELIVERY WILL BE MADE NEXT DAY.
I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITHOUT GAS.
WILL YOU PLEASE SEE THAT GAS IS DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY AND ALSO TAKE SUITABLE ACTION IN THE MATTER. THANKING YOU.
