I am in Roaming in Mumbai. i have lenove s650 hand set. when calling any number is shows Normal Calls are restricted by Access Control. i inserted Sim in another mobile and can call any number. When selecting Network it does not allow to select manually and when selected automatically within 10 seconds it shows No Network.
