Mobile model A680 is stopped working

I have purchase Lenovo mobile, model# A680 white for TELEPHONE SHOPPEE, sadashiv peth against cash memo# 11450005502 dt. 28/05/14.
Mobile is taking 5 mins to get starting, showing error while starting & now it has stopped working from 08/03/15.
Its battery life has gone down 50% of its original capacity.
