Mobile model no is GT - S7562. Earlier i had download various app in our mobile ex. wahtsapp, dictionary and used it. but this time all downloaded app erased from screen and mobile went to the safe mode. then i have reset mobile once but safe mode is not going. pl suggest me how will safe mode remove.
