DEAR Sir
I Abdul Kalam Azad travelled on 14 March 2015 to Kuwait via Abudabi from Hyderabad by Flight no Ey275 and Ey 301 .

My Baggage tag no EY495515 Qty 01 had not yet received to Kuwait till date.

I had complained with NAS and my File No Kwiey20014.

Please trace out my luggage as I am regular customer and kindly mail me as and when it found.
