Lenovo Poor Service - Network Issue

I bought lenovo S860 in May'15 , it was going well then suddenly my phone stopped catching network in signals soon after 2 months of usage, n gradually it stopped receiving signals at all, my phone is in warranty.
The software has been reset twice but nothing happened.
Finally after I gave it in the service centre in Nehru Place - Address:Hcl Infosystems Ltd, 204 , 2Nd Floor,Guru Amardas Bhawan,Building No:78,Nehru Place, New Delhi
Must say the people out there are highly unprofessional, 1st they will not respond on calls and soon they will simply remove the receiver so that the call option becomes unavailable.
It is a mandate to visit the service center and take an update.
I suppose Lenovo is just a brand attached to a crap series of mobile phone. BIG MISTAKE.
Not worth it and dependable at all.
Do not suggest Lenovo to anyone.
Better options available. Atleast you do not have to roam around with a dead phone begging people to get it back to life.
