I have renewed my car inurance thru your office for my car no KL 09 AC 5509. I have made 2 calls for my policy and the reply was that the same will be sent through post. Follow up calls for renewal of policy was done from january itself for policy expiring on mar 7 2015. I regret to inform that i have not received my policy yet. Pls do the needful...
