Extra Amount charged against cylinder booking

Dear Team,

I am wondering ,why the extra amount is being charged for cylinder booking .As per previous records the total amount charged for booking was 420.But Today the Ghuman Ajit agency charged me 661/-. Could you please let me know about the same.
My consumer No is 07815.
