Delay in cylinder delivery

Dear Sir,

I have not been experienced such delay since I got my connection. last month I had booked my cylinder but after a month waiting my request cancelled and no cylinder delivered. You can understand how it is difficult to manage one month without a gas cylinder I again booked the cylinder on 25th Feb 2015 but still waiting for cylinder. My connection No. is 18653. Please expedite and send the cylinder as soon as possible. Thanks for your continuous support.
