cylinder not delivered since two months

I am consumer of Bharat gas. Since two months I have not received my cylinder after many phone call and office visit. In my last visit they denied to give me the cylinder and tel me to pick the cylinder from another place at 7 am morning. So I again requested to provide the delivery of the same but they again dwnied and told me if you realy want cylinder then listen their word and do what they saying. Now I am out of gas since 7 days.

Request your intervention on the same and provide me the justice.
