Agency not Responding for T.V.

I am staying near Himatnagar town in sabarkantha district, Gujarat State. As i have change my residence I have submitted T.V. to M/s Bhavani Indane at Motipura,Himatnagar.on 10/03.2015 T.V. made from M/s Jalaram Gas Agency, Idar, Dist.-Sabarkantha and submitted on same day at Bhavani Indane Himmatnagar. This Agent is not responding me and says he have no stock. I am in difficult condition for cooking gas and there is no any other source of fuel for my kitchen. I request you to do needful and do transfer of my connection at himatnagr as soon as possible.
