Stop increasing salary to existing staff.

Recently I saw pay hike to govt staff amounting to 100crores opening up of medical colleges have dropped because of lack of funds. Why can't you stop paying extra salary and give job opportunities for youngsters.

Please stop pay hike, instead you give job to new generation.
