Higher movie price at Phoenix United mall alambagh offline than online bookings, despite vacant seat

At Phoenix United mall PVR cinemas tickets for movie IB71 8pm on 03/06/2023 are being sold at price atleast Rs 100 more than it's online price when tickets are purchased at 8:05pm despite seats being vacant. (Rs 220 tickets sold at Rs 320 offline) When objected to manager they say it's higher management policy.

This will tarnish the image of this prestigiuos mall and it's regular customers if everything is seen from profit point of view by mall management.
