My customer no 920594 I have register complain on August 2014 and I paid 415 part replacement charges +75 service visit charge

Engineer who visited my premises told me that sevice charges is valid for 6 month . U should not pay visit charge if u have register complain within 6 month

today I have register complain customer care representative told u should not pay visit charges but mechanic took 75/- charges that time I have not available at home. Mechanic name chunnilal

kindly do the needful

Please get my money back .......
