Compalint against Jivi Phone ,and its service center

Dear Sir/Mam,

I wish to complain about Jivi phone with battery nuumber A1000635FF4CA0 that I purchased on 20/10/2014 from shalimar bagh.

I am complaining because this phone is the worst I have never seen any phone like this. Its battery back up is only for 1 hour and it gets hot with in 20 minutes

usage. To resolve this problem I would like you to change this phone or give my money back.

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted DIGI tech(Rohini) which is autorised service center of your company, and was told that nothing could be done about

my problem apart submitting this phone to service center but they can't gurrantee whether it can be solve or not. I believe that this response is unfair because this

isthe worst company though they replaced the batter which didn't help me at all. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will

do about my complaint.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 5 days I will file complaints with the appropriate

consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I may be contacted at the above address and phone number.
