very poor service regarding Mobile Repairing

i replaced Screen,Battery, and Back cover of my mobile phone 3 months before (Micromax whose model number is gravity 650) in chandrika electronics, Bellary, Karnataka which is your authorised service center at bellary, karnataka.but the screen is not functioning properly.i told to the officer of chandrika electronics but they are not responding .
i am very frustrated with the service of Chandrika Electronics.till date i am not able to use my hand set.
i would like to request you to please do the needful regarding this matter at the earliest.
