USB is not detecting

Dear Sir/Madam,
Lenovo(India) Private Limited,
Bangalore.

Please be noted that recently the USB port of my Lenovo Idea Tab is not working. When I connect my data cable
from Laptop to Lenovo Idea Tab the USB is not recognizing. I have changed the data cable but the same problem
persists. Not only that I have checked the same with other laptops and the same problem exists.

So, Finally the conclusion is that USB is not recognizing when my Lenovo Idea Tab is connected with PC or laptop
through the data cable.

Also be noted that my Lenovo Idea Tab is getting charged when connected to AC Supply through the same cable . So, there is no issue of
charging only data connectivity failed.
