Hi...I gave mobile phone for repair at your Rohini service center sector 3 on 7/10/2014 under Sn no.864366029350246.there was problem in my phone regarding its charging,lock key was not working properly and phone was hanging and it needed to have its software updated...can u please tell me whether it is repaired or not.thanx

    No response from nodal officer or area manager and the reply from the ur service supervisor Mr Mahavir Singh Rathore that u have to wait more if not resolved then call again and again till not Short out.

    I want a explanation for the service and customer care team.
