Respected sir i Arvind Singh from Hazaribag, Jharkhand 825301 want to inform you that i have purchased a Micromax canvas L A108 phone from samrat mobile shop in the month of august 10th august 2014 after one month it started giving me a problem and the problem is calling function and Touch Pad display problem hence i contected micromax customer care but the executive also told me to submit phone in service center hence i have submited my mobile in varanasi in sigra but after 15 days also the problem was not solved again i taken back my phone and again submited my phone in hazaribag at ms mobile planet service center it is in hazaribag jharkhand for repairon 30th october but till now its pending and not resolution now i am mentaly herashed due to this kind of experiance from micromax care, company and from service center and finally now at this point i need compensation of my mobile and the phone coast is 9600 Please help me in this regard. i will be highly obliged or finally I will complaint file in consumer court finally Arvind singh Hazaribag Jharkhand 9473060331
