I am retired Administrative Officer and reader of your paper for last 55 years. Now for the last 14 years settled at Vrindavan, Distt.Mathura. I am being charged Rs.5/- per paper for last 2 years. Vendor says Rs.2/- is charged for transportation since it is other than Agra while Mathura is on the way to Agra from Delhi. I have already made a complaint to you but no action has been taken. Should I stop reading TOI in the last lap of life or continue to purchase in black. The price on paper is hidden in black ink. Please help me to get at the correct price.
