Still the connection Chang over process pending since long time due to printing

Dear sir
I submmited my gas connection paper in kashipur gas agency on dated 28/11/2014 for print the connection paper to change over from kashipur gas agency to neha gas agency ( connection no:- 38137 ).but still the process under process till the date( 1/12/2014).
This is really of consumer harrasment & poor service provided by kashipur had service agency .
Please do the need full on urgent basis .
