iam using GT-S7392
yester day i will go to samsung service center in chennai( near k4 police station from annanagar) but that center closed. then i call service center number but not response the call. my mobile very problem. i don like it.than go to other service center then how to my mobile service. this mobile i purchased january end but so many problem in my mobile (hanging problem otomatic switch off,touch problem, any time not rechable)this is second time same problem i call airtel customer care he told not a sim problem only your mobile problem so please check your mobile.then how solve my mobile problem samsung service is very poor not only services total products alway poor
